Ensures that freezer requirements are maintained and only the highest quality product is stacked on pallets for delivery to customers/consumers.

- Ensures all pallets are stacked according the specifications..
- Ensures that all products stacked meet the highest quality standards.
- Ensures that pallets are stacked appropriately, all packages are in good condition, and accurately labeled for shipment.
- Maintains freezer / cooler in neat and orderly condition at all times.
- Must be able to make basic decisions without direct supervision. The supervisor is available by phone, however, the associate must work independently. Must complete daily assignments.
- Responsible for reporting food safety or quality problems to management and assist in implementing corrective action measures.
- Ensures that finished product is stored properly after stacking.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving a several concrete variables in standardized situations.
